Where are we?

We work in Zhanjiang city (also called Kwanchow-wan) which is located in the southernmost part of mainland China and boasts rich subtropical scenery in a beautiful harbor city. Zhanjiang is situated at the southern tip of the Chinese mainland, in southwest Guangdong Province, on the South China Sea which has a subtropical monsoon climate with an annual temperature of approximately 73°F (22.8°C). The average temperature is 83.6°F (28.7°C) in July and 60.8°F (16°C) in January, so it is not severely cold in winter, or intensely hot in summer. The topography is smooth and the soil layer deep and richly fertile, making it most suitable for lucky bamboo and money tree growth.
