Ordering
• Lucky bamboo are sensitive to cool weather, making it hard for them to survive when tempertures are under 10 degrees Celsius or 50 degrees Fahrenheit. So check your local weather report before ordering.
• Lucky bamboo or money tree are live plants, so you need to check your Government's importation regulations or permits before you decide to buy. For example, buyers from the USA can read the U.S. Department of Agriculture's import policy for lucky bamboo, as well as consult customs informations form the US-Based Customs Brokers. Only airports in the cities of Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, New York, and San Francisco are lucky bamboo importing ports.
• The Harmonized System Code of Lucky Bamboo(Botanical name: Dracaena Sanderiana) is 0604910090.

Pricing
• Prices are quoted in USD, FOB. Zhanjiang, China.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Buyer needs to pay USD$177.00 for customs, handling, and phytosanitary inspection fees when orders are shipped by air freight. Charges will be USD$100.00 when orders are shipped by UPS.
• Buyer takes responsibility for import customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes.
• We don't make money on shipping, the shipping cost is based on the charge of shipper.

Payment

• Payment for goods must be submitted with order, as the cost of fuel changed frequently nowaday, shipping cost will be quoted to you to prepaid one weeks before delivery and you will be informed the exactly total weight as well, the exact weight is almost same as shown in the pricelist.
• We also welcome payment by these currencies: CAD, Euro, GBP, JPY. Please let us know which currency you will pay for the order, then we will convert your currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

Delivery
• We need about 7 working days to prepare to ship. If we are out of stock, lucky bamboo usually needs 30-50 days to be in good condition to ship, depanding on the weather.

Cancellation
• Order cancellation is acceptable, with the following terms: at least 14 working days before shipping; your money will be refunded except for a cost of 10% goods value for processing, restocking.Cancellation 8-13 working days before shipping, cost will be 20%. If within 7 working days before shipping, there will be no refund except the shipping cost.


Return
• Returns are accepted within 2 days after receipt. If you return merchandise you must send an e-mail first. Returned items must include the original invoice and the original packaging. You will be responsible for return freight.


Guarantee
• We belive our plants farming and processing technologies are the most advanced among the area, and are top quality. We guarantee our plants will arrive healthy and in good condition and will thrive when planted in the appropriate growing conditions and given proper care. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for the results of extreme weather, neglect, unforeseeable acts of nature, and we cannot be responsible for loss, damage or delay in transit that is beyond our control, our liability under this guarantee is not greater than the purchase price of the plant. If a plant dies within 30 days of receipt, we can issue a refund,or we will replace the item one time only.
