Shipping informations

We ship lucky bamboo and money tree worldwide via express courier or air freight.

IMPORTANT: Shipping lucky bamboo plants to a place where the temperature is less than 10 degrees Celsius or 50 degrees Fahrenheit will cause them to die, so please check the weather report before you order.

Express courier

1. This is the fastest way to ship your order, for example: it will take about 7 days from our factory in Zhanjiang to the USA, but it's the most expensive way.
2. Your orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS Worldwide Expedited); we will notify you of the tracking number by e-mail when your orders are shipped.
3. It’s very important that a correct name, address, and telephone number are given for recipients, to ensure that your orders are shipped in time.
4. We can change shipping information before we ship your order, free of charge. If we have to change shipping information after we ship you will be charged USD$12.00 by UPS.
5. We don’t deliver to hospitals, PO Boxes, or military bases.

Air freight

1. Please advise preferred method of shipping by air freight.
2. Minimum gross weight over 100kg or 220.5lb is required for shipping by air freight.
3. We ship your orders via New Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou, China or Hong Kong International Airport. We will work with a reliable local forwarding company to handle the shipment.

Packaging information

1. We use styrofoam boxes, or corrugated carton to pack the goods to ensure that your order will be taken with the greatest possible care in packing. We guarantee that all plants leave our factory in good condition.
2. We ensure that our warehouse is clean, tidy, and organized so that our customers always receive healthly product and no mosquito or other insects or their eggs inside.
